A 5 Gallon Garden  Bucket

If you do gardening at first, it cold be so hard to do, but with good container for plants it would be not so hard. At first you need only few 5 gallon buckets. Maybe you would combine different things that's why you can also need some galvanized tubs or camouflage buckets. In another variant, if you already have some old plants, you can plant them into a small plastic buckets, and create a mix with a look of stepping stone in your garden.

So, to begin with you should prepare the buckets: 
You should be sure in your buckets. It should be new, or even if is recycled be aware of using it after chemicals, because your plants would contact with it. This fact is very important for healthy growing of vegetables.
Buckets should be also drilled for good drainage. Make holes with using a drill, in the bottom of your bucket, it should be about 5/8".About 10 holes would be enough for one bucket. 

To make holes good working for a long time, and unfilled by soil you wold need some gravel. Put it to the bucket in 1-2" level. Than put a good soil to the form, and leave 1.5" free space from the top of the bucket.

Now it is time for planting vegetables:
Read some information about vegetables which you have chosen. Find place where it would be sunny enough, and learn about their individual needs of water and own space.
Plant vegetables correspond to instructions of their needs. Don't plant them so close to the borders of the bucket. It can make them too hot. Plant it in about 1.75" from the sides.

Some small plants can take less area than others. But you should remember that not all vegetables can be good neighbors. 
Leave fulled buckets in the garden. Choose the place with good lightening and with comfortable way to water plants. It is important to remember that you should regular check buckets. If the level of water will be low it can be dangerous.

You should also harvest your plants in time. It would help them to be healthier and give better harvest next time.
